About Dr. Sarah Stebbins
Dr. Sarah Stebbins, C.P.C., is a sought-after leadership coach and organizational change management consultant. She brings her clients years of experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, including almost 10 years as an adjunct Senior Career Associate for Lee Hecht Harrison, a global Career Development firm. Dr. Stebbins has extensive expertise in organizational change management. Her proven skills, combined with her designation as a Certified Professional Coach, make her an invaluable resource to leaders and employees in today’s fast-changing organizations.
Dr. Stebbins is the co-founder of the L.E.A.D. Academy, a leadership institute for the Portland Community College System. The focus is on mid to senior level managers from both the academic and administrative sides of the college, the goal of which is to fill its current and future leadership needs system-wide. The Academy has a waiting list of potential candidates and is the only program of its kind among Oregon community colleges.
As a career development coach, Dr. Stebbins has a 95% success rate helping her clients refocus their careers and return to the work force, even in an uncooperative job market. She was also the co-founder of the highly-successful Portland Career Circle, an intensive “boot camp” with an entrepreneurial approach to job search.
Dr. Stebbins is a member of The University Club, a Diamond member of The Link for Women and serves on The Link’s Ambassador Board. In addition, she is Oregon State Chapter Leader of the American Tiny House Association and co-founder of the Inspiring Woman Leaders annual conference in Portland.
